Patriot Social Advertising Policy

Last Updated: August 10, 2026

This Advertising Policy ("Advertising Policy") establishes the standards governing advertisements, promotional content, product offers, collectibles, rewards, merchandise, special offers, and other commercial or promotional material displayed through Patriot Social.

This Advertising Policy is intended to promote transparency, consumer trust, responsible advertising practices, and compliance with applicable United States laws and regulations.

This Advertising Policy supplements the Patriot Social Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, applicable promotional terms, product terms, and other policies made available by Patriot Social.

1. Scope

This Advertising Policy applies to advertising and promotional content appearing on Patriot Social, including content appearing within:

  • Home feeds;
  • Community feeds;
  • News sections and articles;
  • Explore sections;
  • Signals and video feeds;
  • Promotional banners;
  • Product or reward pages;
  • Notifications;
  • Promotional landing pages;
  • Other areas of the Patriot Social website, applications, or related services.

Where additional terms apply to a particular product, promotion, reward, or offer, those additional terms also apply.

2. Advertising Is Managed by Patriot Social

At this time, advertising displayed through Patriot Social is managed exclusively by Patriot Social.

Third-party businesses, organizations, individuals, political campaigns, candidates, political committees, or outside advertisers are not permitted to independently purchase, upload, manage, target, or publish advertisements through a self-service Patriot Social advertising platform.

Patriot Social determines which advertisements and promotional content may appear on the platform.

Patriot Social reserves the right to review, modify, restrict, pause, reject, disable, or remove advertising or promotional content at any time when reasonably necessary to enforce this Advertising Policy, protect users, comply with applicable law, or protect the integrity of the platform.

3. Truthful and Non-Deceptive Advertising

Advertising and promotional content displayed on Patriot Social must not intentionally contain false, fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading representations or omissions.

Objective claims concerning a product, service, promotion, price, value, availability, composition, origin, quantity, performance, endorsement, affiliation, or other material characteristic should have a reasonable factual basis before the claim is published.

Advertising should be evaluated based on the overall impression reasonably communicated to consumers, including the headline, images, video, audio, pricing, disclosures, calls to action, and associated landing or product pages.

A disclaimer or disclosure should not be used to contradict an otherwise materially false or misleading primary advertising claim.

4. Clear and Conspicuous Disclosures

When disclosure of information is necessary to prevent an advertisement or promotion from being misleading, Patriot Social intends for that disclosure to be presented clearly and conspicuously as required by applicable law.

Material disclosures should be reasonably noticeable, understandable, and appropriately placed in relation to the claim they qualify.

Material information should not intentionally be hidden exclusively in lengthy Terms of Service, legal documents, hyperlinks, fine print, or locations consumers would not reasonably notice when a more prominent disclosure is required by applicable law.

Where appropriate, disclosures may appear directly within an advertisement, immediately adjacent to an offer, on the applicable product or promotional page, or during checkout.

For video, audio, interactive, or other advertising formats, disclosures should be presented in a manner appropriate to the medium and applicable legal requirements.

5. Advertising Identification

Patriot Social may identify commercial or promotional content using labels such as:

Ad

Advertisement

Sponsored

Promotion

or another reasonably understandable designation where appropriate.

Advertising content should be distinguishable from ordinary user-generated content where required by applicable law or where necessary to avoid misleading users about the commercial nature of the content.

6. Pricing

Prices displayed in advertisements should accurately correspond to the applicable offer, subject to clearly disclosed qualifications or conditions.

Advertising must not intentionally misrepresent:

  • The amount a consumer must pay;
  • Mandatory charges;
  • Product cost;
  • Applicable discounts;
  • Comparative prices;
  • Savings;
  • Shipping or handling charges;
  • Quantity requirements;
  • Eligibility requirements;
  • Material conditions affecting the advertised price.

Applicable taxes, shipping, handling, processing, or other charges may apply where properly disclosed and legally permitted.

7. "Free," "$0," and Similar Offers

Patriot Social may advertise products, rewards, gifts, or promotional items using terms such as "FREE," "$0," "no product cost," or similar language when the offer has a reasonable factual basis and is presented consistently with applicable law.

When a consumer must pay shipping, handling, processing, taxes, purchase another product, satisfy eligibility requirements, or meet another material condition to receive the advertised item, applicable material conditions should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously as required by law.

For example, where accurate and applicable, an advertisement may disclose:

"Product cost: $0. Shipping and handling apply."

or

"FREE item — shipping/handling, eligibility, quantity limits, and offer terms may apply."

The use of "free" must not intentionally conceal mandatory charges or create a materially misleading impression concerning the actual terms of the transaction.

8. Shipping and Handling

Where shipping, handling, or processing charges apply to an advertised product, applicable charges or the manner in which they are determined should be disclosed as required by applicable law.

Shipping charges should not intentionally be characterized in a way that materially misrepresents the nature of the transaction.

Estimated delivery times, shipping availability, tracking information, geographic restrictions, and related information may be provided through the applicable product page, checkout process, Shipping Policy, or promotional terms.

9. Retail Value, Comparative Pricing, and Savings Claims

Claims concerning:

  • Retail value;
  • Regular price;
  • Previous price;
  • Comparative price;
  • Savings;
  • Discounts;
  • Percentage discounts;
  • Stated value;

should have a reasonable factual basis and must not intentionally create a materially misleading impression.

Where the term "stated retail value" or similar terminology is used, the representation should be based on information reasonably supporting that characterization.

Patriot Social may retain supporting information for material pricing or value claims where appropriate.

10. Limited Quantity and Scarcity Claims

Statements such as:

  • "Limited quantity";
  • "Limited allocation";
  • "Almost gone";
  • "Only a few remaining";
  • "While supplies last";
  • "Last chance";
  • "Ending soon";

should only be used where there is a reasonable factual basis for the representation.

Advertising must not intentionally fabricate inventory shortages, deadlines, availability restrictions, or other scarcity conditions for the purpose of materially misleading consumers.

11. Countdown Timers and Deadlines

Countdown timers, expiration dates, deadlines, or similar urgency mechanisms should correspond to an actual promotion, availability period, pricing period, allocation period, or other legitimate condition when represented as such.

A countdown or deadline should not intentionally create false urgency by materially misrepresenting when an offer ends or changes.

12. Collectibles and Commemorative Products

Patriot Social may advertise or promote collectibles, commemorative products, novelty products, coins, medallions, merchandise, gifts, rewards, and similar items.

Descriptions and advertising representations should correspond to the applicable product.

Claims regarding:

  • Materials;
  • Metal content;
  • Gold or silver content;
  • Plating;
  • Manufacturer;
  • Mint;
  • Issuer;
  • Production year;
  • Edition;
  • Quantity;
  • Origin;
  • Collectible status;
  • Commemorative status;
  • Legal-tender status;
  • Government issuance;
  • Official status;

should only be made where there is a reasonable factual basis for the claim.

A privately produced collectible should not be intentionally represented as government-issued, official currency, legal tender, or an official government product unless that representation is factually accurate.

13. Political Figures and Public Figures

Advertising and promotional content may reference political figures, public figures, political events, historical events, patriotic themes, political themes, or related subjects where legally permitted.

The appearance, name, image, likeness, quotation, reference, or other depiction of a political or public figure does not by itself mean that the individual sponsors, endorses, operates, approves, or is affiliated with Patriot Social or the advertised product.

Patriot Social does not intend to falsely represent an endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, or affiliation.

Use of names, images, likenesses, trademarks, copyrighted material, campaign material, or other protected content remains subject to applicable intellectual property, publicity, endorsement, unfair competition, and other applicable laws.

14. No False Government Affiliation

Advertising must not intentionally create a false or materially misleading impression that Patriot Social or an advertised product is officially:

  • Issued by;
  • Approved by;
  • Sponsored by;
  • Endorsed by;
  • Operated by;
  • Affiliated with;

the United States Government, U.S. Mint, any federal or state agency, political campaign, political committee, candidate, public official, or other organization when no such relationship exists.

Where reasonably necessary to prevent confusion, an appropriate no-affiliation disclosure may be displayed.

15. Endorsements and Testimonials

Endorsements and testimonials used in advertising should reflect genuine opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences and should not be used to communicate claims that would otherwise be unlawful or materially misleading.

Where a material connection exists between an endorser and the promoted product, service, or Patriot Social, that relationship should be disclosed when required by applicable law.

Material connections may include compensation, free products, discounts, employment relationships, business relationships, or other benefits that could reasonably affect how consumers evaluate an endorsement.

Fake testimonials, fabricated endorsements, or intentionally misleading representations of consumer experiences are prohibited.

16. Intellectual Property and Rights of Others

Advertising and promotional content should respect applicable:

  • Copyright rights;
  • Trademark rights;
  • Publicity rights;
  • Privacy rights;
  • Licensing restrictions;
  • Other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

Patriot Social may remove or restrict promotional material following a credible rights complaint or when we reasonably determine that continued use may violate applicable law or platform policy.

17. Prohibited Advertising Content

Patriot Social does not permit advertising or promotional content that we determine:

  • Promotes unlawful products, services, or activities;
  • Contains materially false, fraudulent, or deceptive representations;
  • Contains phishing, malware, malicious software, or harmful code;
  • Facilitates fraud or identity theft;
  • Intentionally impersonates another business, government entity, or individual;
  • Falsely represents sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization;
  • Materially misrepresents a product's origin, composition, price, value, availability, or characteristics;
  • Violates applicable intellectual property or other legal rights;
  • Contains unlawful discriminatory advertising;
  • Violates applicable United States federal, state, or local law;
  • Violates another applicable Patriot Social policy.

Patriot Social may establish additional restrictions for particular categories of products or promotions.

18. Product and Landing Page Consistency

Material claims presented in an advertisement should be reasonably consistent with the associated product, offer, or landing page.

The landing page should not intentionally contradict material information presented in the advertisement.

Where appropriate, the landing page should provide consumers with additional information concerning:

  • Product characteristics;
  • Price;
  • Shipping and handling;
  • Eligibility;
  • Quantity limitations;
  • Offer restrictions;
  • Returns;
  • Refunds;
  • Promotional conditions;
  • Other material transaction terms.

19. Checkout Transparency

Before completing a transaction, consumers should be provided with material pricing and transaction information as required by applicable law.

The checkout process should not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges or materially change the advertised offer without appropriate disclosure.

Where recurring billing, subscriptions, automatic renewals, negative-option features, or future charges apply, additional disclosures and consent requirements may apply.

Patriot Social will not intentionally characterize a recurring or automatically renewing transaction as a one-time purchase.

20. Rewards and Promotional Offers

Patriot Social may advertise rewards, Patriot Points, referral benefits, promotional gifts, merchandise, or other incentives.

Applicable eligibility requirements, redemption requirements, quantity restrictions, expiration conditions, shipping requirements, or other material terms may apply.

The availability of a reward or promotional item may be subject to inventory, eligibility, geographic availability, fraud-prevention measures, and applicable promotional terms.

21. Advertisement Rotation and Frequency

Patriot Social may rotate advertisements and determine advertising frequency based on platform design, user experience, availability, relevance, or other operational considerations.

Users may see different advertisements when refreshing or navigating through the platform.

Patriot Social may adjust advertising frequency or placement at any time.

22. Reporting Advertisements

Users may report an advertisement directly through available reporting features.

Reports may include concerns relating to:

  • Misleading information;
  • Fraud or scams;
  • Inappropriate content;
  • Offensive content;
  • Prohibited products or services;
  • Intellectual property concerns;
  • Other suspected policy violations.

Submitting a report does not automatically establish that an advertisement violates this Advertising Policy.

23. Review of Reported Advertisements

Reported advertisements may be reviewed by Patriot Social administrators or moderators.

Following review, Patriot Social may:

  • Take no action;
  • Modify the advertisement;
  • Restrict its distribution;
  • Pause the advertisement;
  • Disable the advertisement;
  • Remove the advertisement;
  • Investigate the associated product or promotion;
  • Take other action reasonably appropriate under the circumstances.

Where technically feasible and appropriate, Patriot Social may limit the continued display of a reported advertisement to the reporting user while the matter is reviewed.

24. Monitoring and Compliance

Patriot Social may periodically review advertising and promotional content for compliance with this Advertising Policy.

We may maintain internal documentation relating to products, promotional claims, pricing, offer terms, advertiser materials, reports, or moderation decisions where reasonably appropriate.

Patriot Social may update its advertising review procedures as the platform develops.

25. No Guarantee of Product or Offer Availability

Advertisements, products, promotions, rewards, discounts, prices, quantities, allocations, and special offers may be changed, restricted, suspended, sold out, or discontinued subject to applicable offer terms and law.

Displaying an advertisement does not guarantee that a particular product, price, quantity, reward, promotion, or offer will remain available.

26. Third-Party Websites and Services

An advertisement or promotional offer may direct users to a website, checkout provider, fulfillment provider, payment processor, or other service operated by a third party.

Third-party services may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, shipping policies, refund policies, and other requirements.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility Patriot Social may have under applicable law.

27. Consumer Reports and Complaints

Patriot Social encourages users to report advertisements or promotions they reasonably believe may violate this Advertising Policy.

Reports will be handled according to Patriot Social's applicable moderation and compliance procedures.

Patriot Social may preserve information relating to reports or complaints when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement purposes.

28. Enforcement

Violation of this Advertising Policy may result in modification, restriction, suspension, rejection, or removal of advertising or promotional content.

Patriot Social reserves the right to take additional action when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect users, prevent fraud, or protect the platform.

29. Applicable Law

Advertising and promotional practices on Patriot Social are intended to comply with applicable United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Nothing in this Advertising Policy waives, restricts, or eliminates rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Consumers may have additional rights under the laws of their state of residence.

30. Relationship to Other Patriot Social Policies

This Advertising Policy should be read together with other applicable Patriot Social policies and terms, including, where applicable:

  • Terms of Service;

  • Community Guidelines;
  • Rewards Program Terms;

  • Promotional Offer Terms;
  • Product-specific terms;
